Refocus

Refocus is our program designed for long-term weight management.  This program is available to all participants who have completed a LifeStyle Weight Loss Program.  OPTIFAST® formula is available to participants who need that continued narrowed stimulus of food. Meal plans are also available to aid in maintaining weight loss.
